Poetry

She Screamed

After charging her phone
She turned it on
And waited for the call
But it was cold
And she’s tired, drowsy

The phone was on
Her bedside table
And soon sleep came
It was sweet
And deep, dreamy

Waking up is pleasant
And finally she looked
At the phone and saw
Six missed calls
Which were important, very

And so she screamed, heavily

P.S. I’m not very good at poems. And I had a wrong decision not taking the Writing 201: Poetry course. Ugh
