A Mysterious Girl

Poetry

A mysterious girl—
     how she wants to appear;
     sculpting her image
     til the waters are clear.

A pretentious woman—
     how she is being seen;
     trying hard enough
     to conceal her skin.

Daily Post’s Mad Libs.

P.S. I’m so happy with the words my co-workers gave, hence the title.
